Membership

At present we are offering 2 types of Membership categories.

1. Diamond Membership: where every month Preventive check-up (12 times) with 2 times ECG and 2 times basic Blood Tests and 1-time Physiotherapy evaluation at home.

2. Golden Membership: where every alternative month Preventive check-up (6 times) visits with 2 times ECG and 2 times Blood tests.

Along with complimentary Preventive services, all our honorable members are entitled to get 24 x 7 Emergency Doctor's support at a very affordable cost and also affordable packages of our Added (Physiotherapy, Nursing, Caregivers, Medicine, etc.) services.

Membership Fees: Diamond: 17,000/- per annum (Beyond 5kms from our office 1000/- extra)Golden: 10,500/- per annum
